Covid-19 has and continues to effect our business, increasing the time it takes for our artist vendors to supply us with new updated stock and of course the transit times to ship the product direct to you have been effected by the Pandemic. Here is what we are doing to ensure you get your item as quickly as possible and that you have all the information communicated to you in the best way:
Items ship typically within 2 days of placing an order.
If the item goes out of stock and your order still went through, we will contact you to see if you are willing to wait patiently while the vendor of that product sends us new inventory or we will issue you a refund as long as the order has not shipped.
Transit times 10 days to 3 weeks.
Most of our items are either handmade or made in small batches to ensure high quality and keep our costs down to give you the best possible price. There are some shipping channels and destinations that Covid-19 has effected more than others. As always, you can track the status of your order on our Track My Order page.

If you have the tracking number and wish to know where your item is or how long it will take to arrive, our team can only see what you can by using the Track My Order Page, so please reference that first to see if that answers your question. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 days of placing an order, that does not necessarily mean that your order has not been processed, so hang tight, but feel free to reach out to us so we can double check and make sure your tracking number was not missed by the outbound team.
